Effective date of the Agreement:
Contract with the Credit Card ACQUIRER expires 3 years from date of contract. Merchant must advise Credit card Acquirer in writing at least 30 business days before contract expiry date if they do not wish to renew, otherwise contract is automatically renewed for 2 years.
